The Highland House is a boutique hotel with a luxurious and intimate atmosphere. The house features 12 modern and stylish rooms. The rooms are uniquely themed and feature quirky details and memorabilia, which The Highland House has collected and carefully placed into each room. Discover The Den with its romantic fireplace, let the kids enjoy a movie in The Cinema or curl up with your favourite novel in The Library.
Please beware that our property is a monumental building from the 17 century and some floors have six to nine, typical Amsterdam, steps (no elevator). However, our staff will be happy to assist you with the luggage whenever is needed.
We have five uniquely themed deluxe double rooms, all of which have a comfy double bed with a box spring mattress and private bathroom with luxurious rain shower. Enjoy your stay in The Garage, with retro bicycle hanging on the wall; The Music Room with record player; The Laundry; The Den with romantic fireplace; or The Games Room.
